I was in my spacepod heading for a gas giant called "Sun" when I discovered that my pod had been sabotaged.
As I headed for a collision with a Federation starship, I detected a huge explosion on my planet. My instruments noted several spacepods leaving the planet. Then, I crashed into the USS Athena's warp module.
I joined the Athena crew, and later learned that my planet had been destroyed by an evil person named Freesa. The spacepods that escaped the explosion contained Prince Vegeta, Kakarot, Nappa, Raditz, and Tirlis. So, I wasn't the only surviving Saiyan.
After a battle against the Borg, Athena was in for repairs when I met a Saiyan named Gohan. He ended up being Kakarot's son. Kakarot had landed on Earth, adopted it as a substitute home planet, and changed his name to Goku.
I spent some time helping Goku and Gohan fight Freesa and his evil Saiyan pals so Earth would be safe from their destructive plans.
Once, when the Athena was in a wormhole, the nacelle section was destroyed but the saucer escaped and flew through the galazy barrier. In the destruction, I lost consciousness. when I awoke, I saw a "TIE fighter" coming at me! Oops, wrong galaxy!
The Athena was able to get back to it's own galaxy and I never went through the barrier again. But, like all Saiyans, I have a tail, and I turn into a giant ape when I look at a full moon!
