Take route I-66 to Route 28 (exit 53). Bear off to the right to go on 28 SOUTH/Centreville Road. About 1 mile down the road is Newgate Shopping Center on your right. This is the intersection of Route 29 (Lee Highway) and 28. Take a RIGHT onto Route 29. Take a LEFT onto Machen Rd. Take the NEXT RIGHT onto St Germain. Take the NEXT RIGHT to enter the parking lot. It is a white building with a triangular front entrance.
Alternate directions:
Take route I-66 to Route 29 (exit 52). Take 29 NORTH. Take a RIGHT
onto Machen Rd. Take the NEXT RIGHT onto St Germain. Take the NEXT
RIGHT to enter the parking lot.
From the Centreville area:
Take route 28 North to route 50.
* Take Route 50 EAST. Take a right
onto Stringfellow Road. The library will be on your right at the
first turn in.
From the Tysons/Falls Church area:
Take the Dulles Toll Road to route 7100, then follow directions from **
in "Directions from Sterling."
From Sterling/Cascades area:
Either take route 28 South to route 50 and follow the directions from *
under "From Centreville area"
From Route 66:
Take route 66 to route 50 WEST. Take a left onto Stringfellow Road.
The library will be on your right at the first turn in.

From Fairfax:
Take Route 66 West to Route 50. Take 50 West to Fairfax County
Parkway. Take Fairfax County Parkway NORTH. About 6.5 miles down,
after crossing the intersection for the toll road, take the cloverleaf
(actually, you have no choice in the matter). At the end of the
cloverleaf, you will be taking a right onto Sunset Hills Rd/Spring
Street (the name of the street changes at that point) going WEST.
About a tenth of a mile down, you will take a hard right onto Herndon
Parkway. About a half mile down, take a left onto Elden Street.
About a half mile down, take a right onto Lynn Street followed by a
left onto Center Street.
From Centreville:
Take toll road Route 267 towards Washington. Take the
Herndon/Chantilly exit. Keep to the left at the fork in the ramp and
about a .3 miles down, turn left onto Centreville Road. About a half
mile down, Centreville Road becomes Elden Street. About a half mile
down, take a right onto Locust Street and then a left onto Center
Street.
Alternatively, you can avoid the toll road by route 28 to Frying Pan Road for a little over a mile, then taking a left onto Centreville Road, continuing to Elden, Locust and Center streets as outlined above.
If you pass Idylwood Shopping Center, you are going the wrong way down Route 7. If you get to the Westpark Hotel, you have gone too far down Route 7.
